Default Dekalb County, Ga. Feed

This feed has been offline for quite some time now. It looks to me like after this long the feed is no longer being provided it just isn't listed as such?

Feeds providers have three weeks to bring their feed back up. After that they are deleted.

It's been up a few times in the past month judging by the archives as below. It would have to be offline continuously for 3 weeks to be deleted. Each time it comes back up the clock resets.
