Are there any apps android or ios that have a "squelch" control besides action scanner? which btw is a great app.

It's used on AS to determine when a feed is "quiet" so it can move on to another stream. It's not really "squelch"
What would you want it for on a single feed app?

Better method might be to contact the feed provider? No apps have it. Only ScannerLive on a PC.

That's something that has to be done on the server side, an app is not going to do that.

Incorrect. As noted above it can be done on the receiver side (as my program does.)
It's just that none do it other than AS.

Oh I thought he was talking about the actual scanner output. Ive seen that on AS before as well but never used it (my feed is pristine
)
