How can I find what member has a live feed for a certain county. I want to send that member a message. You use to be able to

Click on the name of the feed and you should be presented with a red button that says contact feed owner. If that button is not present, there should be a button that says report a feed problem. You can use that one to send a message. Please note that some feed providers choose to be anonymous.
