Ok I heard another name for the last month ..But I have not been able to catch the ID
It may have something to do with the prison systems..What is Rayburn? Where is it located?

I think it is a state prison... Wayyyy up in the corner of the boot NE of Bogalusa and Sheridan.

There is a Rayburn Correctional Center Located in Varnado, La. from what I gather (when I was last home in Bogalusa) they are on both the LWIN and Still use the VHF Highband freq.
