What scanner do I need?

What scanner would I need to listen to:

Slidell PD
St Tammany Fire Dist 1 - Dispatch & Fire Grounds 1-5
Acadian VHF

I'm looking for something handheld. It's pretty much my only requirement.

slidell right now is running analog system, there upgrading (slidell pd only) to a p25 systtem soon
Fire district one is gonna stay analog
i would get a pro 107 for not only the slidell trs but also lsp!
as you might know stpso is not trackable!
But they have a good interling with stfpd 4 on there and sometimes the causeway police

I currently run a pro 97 and have no issues with the rebanding(thank god)
