Where is Vermilion SO

Hi all. Anyone know where Vermilion SO is dispatching from? I can't seem to pick anything up in my location, which is surprising given that I'm in south lafayette, with fairly decent antennas. I can't get anything on the VHF repeater frequency in the rr db or the uhf system...(though admittedly the UHF system) is rather far.

Sorry, trying to type on my bb...vpso now operates on lwin. Check the database for their talkgroups.
