Covington Fire District 12

Did I miss something? I haven't heard Covington FD District 12 on 154.4 in a while. I'm not sure if i just happened to miss dispatches or if they moved to a new frequency. Thanks for any info.

They may have gone LWIN... Guys keep a lookout for that tg possibly...

I still haven't heard any activity on Covington FD District 12 154.4 frequency (except for some dispatcher training exercises). I monitored Covington's LWIN system for a good part of Saturday, 10/3/09, and part of Sunday but did not hear any District 12 activity at all. When I get a chance I will keep monitoring the bands to see what I can find. If anyone else has any info please let us know. Thanks, Tippey

Fire District 12 is now on a common dispatch channel. The freq. escapes me. The channel is called Unifire One. All fire districts are on VHF. They have no plans to go on LWIN.

Thanks Mastrtech. With your information I discovered FD District 12 dispatches on Unifire One (152.66). After dispatch the units were told to use Unifire Two (152.54).
