I believe Stadio Base could be one of 2 things...
It's either Superdome Base OR it's my ears tricking me and the guys are saying State E.O. Base

Bulldog "x"
Bulldog 6 called for additional MP backups this morning during the Superdome fire to help his units with crowd control.
Contextually, Bulldogs units seem to be MP units

I posted the list to the internet, and received this feedback
Pelican 6 is actually the unit commander for Pelican. Pelican Three Alpha is an indvidual callsign. Bulldog 6 is unit commander at the SuperDome. Not sure what unit Defender Six commands, but he's a unit commander, and it's not an air unit, I don't think. Last I heard, Defender and Bulldog are ground units, Pelican is helicopter ops, Dragon (last night, anyway) was a flight of fighter jets (!).
"Six" is the callsign for a unit's commander.
