Has Livingston Parish abandoned their old analog radio system and moved to LATIE yet?

u know i went thru there 2 weeks ago and did not hear a peep on the 460 mhz.......but did not hear nothing on 700 mhz either...

Livingston appears to be in the 20000 to 20100 ID range on the LWIN system.

LPSO is still using the 460 stuff, I listen to them everyday. They are talking as I type this.
