Hello I am using a Uniden BCD-396XT and am wanting to listen to STFD. I uploaded all the channels but can never hear anything. Can someone tell me if I did something wrong?

They are very much active, check the tones and see if they are correct, and dont forget unifire one and two and three fore fire district 12 and 2, thats there dispatch
the rest are correct as fire district 1 is on the slidell trs so the 154.175 is just a tone out and mutual aid frequency.

Still no luck. Is there anyone in the Northshore or southshore side that can program it for me
