Default Acadia Parish

Can anyone give me the correct LCN of the frequencies for the Acadia Parish LTR system. I am programming a 785D and can't get it correct. I tried the order on the database, but I cannot hear the audio. The id's come up on the display, but no audio.

Thanks

I read somewhere that LTR systems very often use odd numbered slots. Try the frequencies in ascending order in slots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or if this doesnt work, then try 1, 5, 10, 15, 20. Is neither of these plans works, then try them in with the frequencies in descending order. Please let us know what you find.

I have confirmed these two:
856.4625 position 6
856.7625 position 7

It would appear that the LCN order has changed? This is pretty odd as many people have submitted TG information and I would guess that it was gotten using the LCN published in the DB.

Could be that they used a pro-92 or 2067 which didn't require the freqs to be in order. I got the above information by using a BC 296D. The above two frequencies are the ones with the most traffic. They work only in positions 6 and 7 in my 296. The system hasn't been busy enough yet during the times that I am able to monitor it for me to figure out the rest of the LCN ordering.

Quite possibly. Okay, I have altered the DB to reflect this. Hopefully others will jump in and help to get the proper information for the TRS. 8)

I've got 2 more:
855.7125 - position 1
858.2625 - position 13

There are three frequencies left to figure out. They may be in positions 12, 18, and 19 maybe? Time (and some yakity yak on the system) will tell.

The above four frequencies are all that I have been able to figure out so far. The system has not been busy enough for me to get the last three. I even listened several times during the day on weekdays when all the agencies using the system were working. With the above four, however, you should be able to hear 99.9% of the traffic on the system.

Sooner or later someone will get the rest figured out. In the meantime the DB can stay as it is, as it explains this quite adequately.

Thanks for your efforts.

Default Acadia Parish LCN Order

Acadia Parish Radio System has two towers could it be possible that each tower may have its own individual LCN frequency order, or one LCN for both towers combined ? Just thinking out possibilities.
