Nice work. The people who use the system haven't been able to monitor the system. LOL. I would love to hear/see it to believe it. I am eternally skeptical, especially when it comes to EF Junk.
Even if the hobbyist wouldn't pay for it. I bet several news organizations would give you a pretty penny for it.

EF Junk doesn't refer to the radios. It refers to trunking systems that are not suitable for public safety use.

I've delt with Multi-Net Trunking sin's it came out back in 1993 For the Public Safty with No Problems . If the System is Setup the Right way , then the system will work just Fine .
If I can Take a Viking Portable or a Avenger Portable with a Stub Antenna with a Speaker Mic with the Radio on your Belt and Still be Able to have 100 % Communications , In the Car or In a Building , Then that is Pretty Good . I can go out of the County Also and Still have Comm .

Then your system is configured better than most. It still lacks PS-friendly backend features, unless you've added nonstandard upgrades.

I think interest may be based on cost. How much would such a radio cost??

This is not a general solution since the system key is needed to track a given system.

Evidently you have the system key for Chester County. Do you have their permission to sell radios loaded with their key? Multi-Net systems also have the ability to disable rogue radios over the air if they try to affiliate with the system.

This Radio you don't need the SYSKEY . Runs Just Like a Trunk Tracking Scanner .
I have a Few Friends Useing these Radios right now . This Radio Scanner will Only Work on Multi-Net , LTR 800 MHz Trunked Systems and Convetional 800 MHz . A budy of Mine that works Software Development Made the Software and Got the Chips that I use Burned for Me .

It is not possible to track a MultiNet system without the key. It is possible to determine the key from off the air data if you know enough about the protocol. If your radios track MultiNet, they must be calculating the key value based on received data. Clearly the key is not particularly secure.
Security isues aside, selling modified radios that decode these proprietary protocols, LTR and especially Multi-Net, does require a license from EF Johnson. If you have no license, you might want to reconsider the risk of selling radios that may be illegal.

The Chips and Software Came from EF Johnson . The Radio is only a Scanner Receiver .
