LTR Filter

I'm looking to run LTRTrunk/LTRDump decoder program and I will need a filter to have this program decode, does any one know of anywhere to buy a filter or anyone who is building these.

Or does anyone know of another decoder program I could use to decode LTR Systems that does not need one of these filters, I do have a 2 level data slicer from Dataslicers.com but I'm told this will not help me running LTR Trunk/LTRDump decoder.

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the Wiki Crayon, I can't seem to find the information on the Wiki for buying a filter or who builds these filter or any information on a decoder program that I could use that does not need one of these filters, could you show me were this information is ?????
