The only thing I can find for the resort itself is 464.925. Looks like it is a repeater for their staff and grounds crew. Are you looking for Police, Fire/EMS stuff??

Yes I'm looking for pd,fire for the area and security for the resort. This is our 3rd year and I've yet to pick up security. I know there is a frequency, But just can't find it. I will try the 464.925 maybe the only one.

A'ight... here goes...

Police coverage is split between Cumberland County SO and Maine State Police depending on height of the tide, phase of the moon and direction of the wind.

CCSO 155.625
SP Zone 1 156.150
Statewide Car to Car 154.695

Area Fire Departments:

Casco 154.415
Raymond 153.920
Naples 155.010
Windham 154.220
State Fire 154.310

That should be a good start. Let me know if there is anything else that you want.

also check the input for 464.925...which is 469.925..shows 50 units licensed..security could be simplex, or even a different pl. Also, they have a license for 467.8625

might also want to try searching the UPPER 151.000 range as well...

Raymond still operates on 154.445. I have yet to hear activity on 153.92 (old New Gloucester FD).
Sebago Fire: 154.355
Baldwin Fire: 159.120
Windham Police: 158.8125

Found this one for Point Sebago: 467.8625. Might be worth a listen

Default 464.925

Just want to thank everyone for there help with my post and just to let you know 464.925 is the only frequency for Point Sebago and they use it mostly for maintenance. It might be used as security, But unfortunately it rained most of the nights we would have a Camp Fire. So we did not stay up too late.

I found out we would not be returning to Point Sebago again or at least next few years and would be looking into renting a house next year

Thanks Again
Chris
