Bill, Do you mean 164.7250 is the input to 164.1750?
With the band opening last night downeast, and the Maritimes, it is possible that I was hearing the input...

Stations from New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia were like locals here....

Some I caught:
Canadian Coast Guard Yarmouth, NS on 161.775 & 161.650
RCMP St. Stephen, New Brunswick 155.910 186.2

Un-ID'd
155.7000 186.2 covering Waterville PD, also another Pl (114.8) heard
155.7300 ..(forgot to write down PL..)
153.2150 107.2 EMS
154.7250 192.8-sounded like Mass, referenced Westford, there is no Westford in maine
152.2400 P-25
155.8725 136.5
