Lewiston Frequencies

I have just moved to Lewiston and I am programming my scanner with the Lewiston frequencies and the only communications I get is fire on 155.100. On the main police freq I get what sounds like a modem connecting to the internet. Other than that, I get nothing. Any suggestions?

What type of scanner are you using? Lewiston PD uses P-25 on 158.7900
