Philly Marine Radio Qquestion

I live just north of Philly, PA along the Delaware river. I'm interested in monitoring activity from Delaware Bay up river to Trenton, NJ. Does anyone know what channels/frequencies I shoul put into my scanner? Any info would be helpful..

Do you hear a lot of activity on them? I live in Bensalem and I'm only 2 miles or so from the river.
