SiiTech AIS Server Lite Program; Getting Started With ?

Hello,

Came across this apparently free program fromSiiTech called AIS Server Lite.

Looks like quite a program, and would like to learn how to best use it.

Don't want to clutter up the forum with my dumb questions.

If anyone here is using this program, and would have a few spare minutes to help me out off-line, would be most appreciative.
