Possible Hostage/Barricade Situation in AA County
I was listening to the scanner and they kept talking about a guy with a knife on Neal Ave. They called it in mobile crisis and said it could become a hostage/barricade situation. They kept saying 10-3 on the channel. They also called in medical units to stage. Did it become a hostage/barricade situation?
