BWMC on Mini-Disaster: ER Flooded, Hospital on Generator Power

CHATS says they have been in mini-disaster status since 2110. AAFD units on scene to assist with flood control.

As of 0745 this morning, they have been on normal status for some time.

I can't imagine the mess this kind of thing leaves behind... ruined supplies, damaged equipment, and having to sanitize any of those surfaces touched by water.
