Default Lockwood Dr. Apt. Fire

Ops on 7C

First Due units reporting heavy fire and smoke showing on ALL three floors, garden-style apartments. Second alarm dispatched. Occupants being rescued via ladder from upper floors.

According to Fox5 News, Comcast cable installer Jorge Rivera happened to be on scene and raised his ladders to rescue victims prior to FD arrival.
