6391 Rowanberry Drive (Parkview at Elkridge, a senior citizen independent living facility). Levels of carbon monoxide found to be as high as 900 parts per million. Evacuating the entire facility, and opening the Howard County library (Elkridge branch, next door) for an evacuation center.
