Eastport Water Rescue
At around 11AM this morning Anne Arundel county and Annapolis units were sent to 1st Street and Severn Ave in Eastport. The units included Boats 35 and 61, Engine 36, PM 36, EMS 36.
The first units on the scene found a person in the water and cancelled all units except the units from station 36. The command unit told Fire Alarm to have DNR continue as it was a boating accident.
A special email release this afternoon from the Annapolis PD said that a fully clothed body was found in the water near the Severn Sailing Association. The release said there was no evidence of foul play.
