Default Man stuck in scaffolding
Howard Co Fire A2 OPS1

0515PM Man stuck in scaffolding around a water tower in Eastern Howard Co. @ Oceana/Rt 175. Scaffolding partially collapsed, FD responded to get him down during the middle of the Thunderstorm. I believe the man was repainting the water tower.

Update....0530...they got him down.
