18:17Hrs: Small insulatorrail fire somewhere between Friendship Heights and the Bethesda Metro Stations.

Montgomery County TRS: 7C Ops / 7D Water supply TF

Sorry guys, I totally forgot to post updates. It end up being a minor third-rail insulation fire. All units cleared shortly after
