Suspicious Package 4600 block Columbia Road, Ellicott City (Columbia Road Pool)

Suspicious package (pipe bomb or possibly a fuse out of a BG&E box)
Approximately size 16 inches (forearms to fingers) based on conversation on Police A4
No Evacuations at this moment.
