I thought I answered this already...
Anyway the 94 programs very similarly to the old and venerable 245 (I know because I've done 3 of them...). Ignore the hex listings - you can't use them (the PSR-500 and 600 can, as can Moto professional radios...). Stick with the 'DEC'. Here's a quick guide to programming te 245 (and the 94)..

You should know that when AA finally does decide to go digital, the 94 cannot be used to trunk the AA system. Also the 94, like the 245, cannot store the alpha tags.
