Getting some use today in conjunction w/ Balt Co CID 122. Units are referring to RINS-1 as their "talk-around" freq. Appears to be in simplex mode, as I can only copy the aviation unit.

I heard this also this AM...The voice heard complained he could only read the GPS screeen and couldn't translate the street map for the ground units. Also, it sounded like the vehicle they were following was actively trying to "shake the tail"... :lol:
