I know what frequencies to listen to in Baltimore city. Also what are those frequencies dedicated to. EX: fire, ems, so forth and so on. I saw how they were listed in the database, but unfortunately I'm not that smart. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

154.01 - fire paging/alerting; you'll hear AACoFD dispatches (only) - no response of units, etc. - you'll need a Trunk Tracker-type radio for that
154.34 - *might* be occasionally used to patch a helicopter to a landing site engine (but not likely much any more)
154.28 - county to county "mutual aid" (i.e. units requested to cross county lines, etc.)
154.295 - not used in the AACo area....
