Anyone know if Calvert County changed control freqs?

I was over there for about an hour today, and switched to the system I have programmed into my scanner and got.....silence. No bars on the two control channels I have, and none of their talkgroups lit up. I only stayed tuned in for all of 15-mins tops, but either it was a really quiet day for them, or I have something wrong with my programming.

Playing around now...I'm a bit far out from them, but I'm going through the listed frequencies for them manually, and it looks like the control channel has changed from 867.1875MHz/868.3500MHz to 867.2500MHz. I've got quite a bit of static, but the two listed control freqs have analog talk on them (barely), while the latter has the unmistakable motorboat sound of a Motorola SmartZone system.

Can anyone confirm this?
