Frederick County Dispatch

Is there a change at Frederick County Fire/EMS dispatch regarding the time. I have noticed it being noted as both military time "1300" and regular time. "1:00". Seems to depend on the dispatcher. Odd.

Also, 39.02 is no longer being used by the sherrif office ( now all trunk)

It is possible the the EOC went from the normal time (1:00 PM) to Military Time (1300 Hrs). When that happens some dispatchers are using the old time format until they get used to the new one. Just a guess on my part if that is true in this instance.
