Harford county- has APG 400 mhz trunk gone unused?

The title says it all; I'm sure that the trunk is still up, but is it still being used? And if not, has a 380 Mhz MA/Com system come up there?

I've got at least 1 report saying that most of the users are off the APG trunk.

Yes indeed it's still up and being used. Listening to it as I type. In the evening you generally just hear the Military Police and occasional fire department calls but during the day it has been as busy as ever with range traffic. The Ordnance School is also talking at the moment.

The one thing I haven't heard from Aberdeen lately is the air to ground range. I don't know why that would change though.
