Instant Notification / Dailey Notification
Can someone tell me if I have this right:
New (ongoing) events in Md are listed as NEW thread under Md Incdnts & Brkng Nws.
A subscriber may suscribe to the sub-forum (Md Incdnts & Brkng Nws) for dailey or weekly update notification. A subscriber may not subscribe to a FORUM on an INSTANT notification only a thread in the forum.
If this acurate how does a subscriber get instant notification of thread to subscribe to thread? Or is there no way to get Instant Notification without allready knowing of thread existance?
