Ocean City, MD Scanning

I was recently in OC with my BC785D. I had programmed in their EDACS system from the RR database, set up for EDACS Wide and put the channels in the right order (I hope). I'd lock onto a control channel, but would get no vocal when I hit on a TG (usually PD). Has OC gone Pro-Voice and I should write off listening to them, or did I goof up the programming somehow? Thanks.

Ocean City only has certain TG's that are ProVoice. You should be able to hear almost everything. Their main PD TG is not ProVoice. None of the FD is ProVoice. Don't give up yet. It must be a programming error. Sorry I can't help with that part but someone should be able to shortly.
