Date: September 11, 2005
When: Staging and set-up at 1000 hrs
Open doors to public at 1100 hrs till 1600 hrs
Where: Frederick Airport, MSP Frederick Hangar
What: 35 year Anniversary of first patient flown by MSP, as well as a special
ceremony marking the anniversary of 9-11-01, at 1300
Who: Open to public, free of charge
Activities, Demonstrations and Displays:
Trooper 3 Police/Medevac Helicopter
Police helicopters flying in from Tri-State area
Fire, Police and EMS vehicles
Police Motorcycles
SWAT Team
Police Dive Team
Police K-9
MSP Crime lab
Police Recruiting
Safe Kids – photographing and finger printing
911 communications simulator for children
Poison Control
Fire Marshall Bomb Squad Robot
Seat belt convincer
Trauma Hospital Displays
Dept. of Health; Alcohol and Tobacco awareness
Local Media (live broadcast)
