Does anyone have the frequency for Baltimore's Downtown Partnership/Downtown Management Authority? These are the public safety ambassadors/clean team people that patrol downtown streets. They use UHF portables, but I've never found them when searching 461-470 and 451-453, so I suspect they're in the 488-500 range. They might be on one of the LTR trunked systems in that range.
