Allegany County Sheriff LTR System

I'm having some issues getting my BCT8 configured correctly to pickup the Allegany County Sheriff LTR system. Below is how I have the BCT8 configured.

+ Software ARC8 for programming
+ All five available frequencies programmed into corresponding channels (bank 5)
ch1. blank
ch2. 856.48750
ch3. blank
ch4. 857.48750
ch5. blank
ch6. 858.48750
ch7. blank
ch8. 859.48750
ch9. blank
ch10. 860.48750
(no other frequencies programmed into this bank)
+ Under 'System Settings' in ARC8 I have bank 5 set as LTR for 'Trunk Type'
+ Only one ID tag configured (0-02-017 Sheriff Dispatch)
ARC8 did not seem to like the dashes so I had to enter it as 002017 (problem??)

Right now I have only bank 5 active. The BCT8 display shows that it's in trunked mode with an 'L' at the top and that it's only actively scanning bank 5.

Am I doing something wrong or could it be that 0-02-017 is an invalid ID. Anyone have any other IDs I could try?

Your Allegany County Sherrif ID are correct, your frequencies are correct and in the right order, I am sorry I do not know the programming instructions for the BCT8/Arc for LTR. Possibly we can get some additional help from a whiz programmer.
