So I've now found out that there are many more unit IDs for both HPD and WCSO. Here are some updates, but any help would be appreciated:

Hagerstown Police
DB - probably detectives
Edward - not bike patrol
Henry - ??
P - ??
T - ??
PK - Parking
SR - Schools
9700 units - Auxiliary

Sheriff
4xxx units - specialized units? detectives?
85xx units - admin

HPD "T" units may be Street Crime units... That's "T", not "P" -- hard to distinguish on the radio.
