Checked my logs on As and Baltimore sites yesterday..
. No sign of it. Did hear some activity (7604 I think) calling as Trooper 3.

Also checked but never found the Gov's "2nd call"

No I haven't heard any more on 7501 and my UT has been off the past couple of days.

It was actually 7640, Trooper 3 calling SYSCOM, no response from SYSCOM. Radio ID was 2140xxx

My guess is they probably hit the wrong frequency.

You're right - it was 7640 as you noted. Interestingly, however, there was a similar call on 7640 on 7/9 where Trooper 2 was calling SYSCOM....

EDIT: and that 7640 does fall in the range of the known MIEMSS talkgroups....

After many months, I decided to finally replace the power supply in my PC running a modified version of trunker (DOS!).

Noticed today that MSP Glen Burnie apparently have their new radios (preparing for FiRST transition?). Old radio IDs were in the 42xxx range... now they are 63xxx and 64xxx

I assume you are talking about on the Anne Arundel County system. They have been transitioning SLOWLY new MSP radios in that range for months (since mid Summer 2013). MDTA and Kent County are also in that range.

I do wonder when they will pull the plug and switch to using FiRST. Supposedly the old transition "Agency Onboarding Schedule" says it wont happen till 2017. Who knows, I guess all they really need are the counsels and radios. Budget reasons?

TG 7334
Based on other MSP barrack TGID patterns this ID was expected to be the Centreville barrack CID TG. I have recorded encrypted activity on the TG on the AA site as well as seeing it in Uni-tracker, I'd say the speculation was correct.

Baydog, that should be MSP S TAC- CID should be 7340 if it all follows the channel plan like it has so far.

I was seeing TG 7340 not 7334. It must be adult dyslexia.
734 was active again this AM.

Yesterday and the day before, on 8Tac93 there was a patch up which sounded like Baltimore County system. It is still up on 8tac93.

Heard the encrypted stuff again on 7467 Thursday night... UIDs: 21252xx and 21253xx... Seems to fall in line with MSP uid's so I am thinking it may be a special unit (task force type thing) that is using their radios down here.

Agreed on that- 7467 seems to be pretty wide-area too, it was activating on the BA and AA sites up through last week while also activating out here on the shore.
