Roadtrip tomorrow..What TG's to listen to?

Hello Group,
I'll be heading south from Wilmington to Columbia tomorrow.

I am hoping to narrow down the TG list a little as it pertains to my trip down I-95 (maybe 895 too)

95 to balto county is easy, I believe 151.04 will cover me.
I have the MSP freq's too.

What PD TG's for the following systems would give me the best roads info should there be problems?

Balto-Co
Balto City
Howard County
