155.550 has been deactivated from Police use, and all traffic is on the UHF radios- I don't know what the state has done with the old VHF radios, but our dispatcher no longer has a VHF-capable base station.

Maybe they're simulcasting the law enforcement traffic on 155.5500 for the benefit of others at the university? Seems like a good chance it's the same traffic since both are using group 6.

If 155.5500 is definitely active, we'll leave it in the database for now.

The .wav file I made with DSD only recorded 1:37 of voice traffic after being left running for several hours. "Active" might be too strong a word, but there's definitely DMR/MOTO voice on 155.550 and it's all police/security.

Man, you're right. I just parked on there with DSD and you're absolutely right. I don't think any other VHF users here have TRBO radios yet, but I guess they plan to, because that is most definitely PD1 being simulcast.
