Those are for the stadium itself and you'll also hear the police activities on the Special Events talkgroups on the city trunked sysem.

Thanks for the info,as usual, Alan. I'm not having any luck on these freqs though. I normally can pick up conventional Baltimore city freqs out here but they are usually in the 150 to 155 range.

You'd have to be fairly close to the stadium to pick up the 453 and 461-465 MHz frequencies. They are intended for just the stadium area. If you're monitoring from Carroll County, you probably can't get them.
