ULS Application - Business, 896-901/935-940 MHz, Conventional - 0005562893 - REGENCY CAB COMPANY - Frequency Summary It has an emission designator of 13K6F3E. I might be wrong but I think that is Motorola iDEN (900 MHz) which can't be received on a scanner.
