I'm hearing the MD National Guard freqs all busy with a data stream that is probably encrypted voice traffic. Active freqs are 139.0625 (East), 139.5125 (West) and 139.9625 (Central). Time is 8:40 p.m. It's continuing at 8:45 and the 139.9625 freq is almost certainly encrypted voice since there are two distinct transmitters going back and forth. The Central and West freqs are the loudest from my location.
[Edit] The activity has continued for 45 minutes now. Agree with Mark...time to lock out all that noise.

139.0650 and 139.9625 are both real loud here and both have CT 127.3.Agree it is encrypted traffic.
Usually hear MP's checking in on 139.0650 etc and not all that active but very busy now with encrypted coms.
Locking out those noisy useless freqs.
