Anywhere that I can pick up a tutorial on how to use this thing?

I'm going to assume here that you have a radio with a discriminator tap and data slicer ready to go. You can get the documentation (PDF) from the Trunker Wiki.

If you just have a radio with a tap but no data slicer, you want to use the UniTrunker application.

Both links can be found on the Trunked Radio Decoders Wiki.

Note that UniTrunker is set up to work in Windows, while Trunker isn't. I would post questions about how to use these packages on the Trunker forum 73s Mike

Getting started with TRUNKER is tricky and can be frustrating ---

You need to describe which "flavor" or trunker you are trying - trunker 3.83 (DOS), UniTrunker, etc.

Also indicate what, if anything, you already have working. We can then pick up from there and try to help.

What radio did you tap?
Did you tap it yourself?
Have you verified the tap?

Do you purchase a slicer or build one?

Getting the tap and slicer to work are the biggest problems... but...

Once you start getting data, it takes a little time getting used to the interface for trunker itself.

...but it's worth in in my opinion...
