Yes, most of the Regional [formerly Police] networks are integrating the Fire into the Mutual Aid systems for interop. 475 is/was part of the WEMLEC

Even BAPERN [Eastern Mass] will begin to see Fire Depts with access to the network

I think 453.4125 is one of the UTAC frequencies and probably has to be vacated by other users. As to fire departments on police mutual aid systems, I wouldn't put my scanner on manual waiting to hear that.

I was thinking the same thing, but just checked the NIFOG and only
see in UHF 453.2125, 4625, 7125, 8625

Maybe it will be used for something else, as Springfield has it licensed in Savoy?
FROG ? or the new Berkshire County? I also see QV in CT has it too..

All in such a close proximity.
