Default TD Banknorth Garden trunked system?

I've had this system programmed into my PRO-433 for over a year and I've never heard anything at all on it. Do any of you have it plugged in and hear anything? Same goes for the Logan Airport system, although there is already a thread on it.

Thanks in advance.

I'm only 10 miles south of Boston, and I can pick up signals a lot farther than downtown Boston with the PRO-433, and already have the City of Cambridge, MA state police, and Boston City Services trunked systems programmed in and working fine. For some reason, the Garden and the airport just don't seem to want to work for me.

Your Too Far away.

Sadly these systems were designed for their Users, not the Scannist.

Massport is designed to cover their Property
TD Bank North is designed to cover the Garden

Even with an 800 Mhz Antenna, from Quincy Massport is spotty coverage.
I have not tried the Garden, except when in the City itself.

Unhappy

Geez, I guess you have to be at the airport or at the Garden to hear anything then. I figured I'd be able to pick up at least something being so close to the city. That stinks, my handheld doesn't do trunking, only my base, and I really can't afford to upgrade to a trunking handheld at the moment (waiting for the digital handhelds to get a little cheaper anyway. It'll be a long wait)

oh well. Thanks for the replies ecp.

The Garden and Massport systems were designed to just cover their property. Yes you have to be there to hear it. I am right on the edge for Massport, one minute I get it, next minute it's gone. It's called propagation.

I haved stayed at the Holiday Inn at Beacon Hill at least five times to catch a Celtics game. Every time I have heard nothing. Is the system info up to date?

ULS License - Business, 896-901/935-940 MHz, Trunked License - WQJK593 - DELAWARE NORTH COMPANIES, INC. - BOSTON

That should be their current FCC license - 935.225 & 935.9125 & 936.9125 & 938.90 are the listed repeater outputs.

Both licenses for Delaware North in Massachusetts are identical frequency wise. One license was apparently just a temporary one.

Someone could run a check on the lats and longs in the license to see if there are any other nearby licenses.

Bill
Maybe when you come back you can come up to the office and we can try it out on one of the 9 scanners.
Or maybe I'll bring my 996 in and DATA log.
