I have looked at the database and I what to confirm that Boston police, fire, and EMS or not on a Trunked Radio Systems. just the normal system for them?

Yes.

Boston Fire, Boston Police and Boston EMS ARE NOT on a TRS system
and are all Conventional Analog frequencies.
