Default Trunked Mass State Police ?

Hello,

Guess it's a combination of my age, and the new RR format.

Would like to see that I have the correct Mass State Police freq's.

I have the Conventional and low band ones, I think, but cannot find the listing for all of the
Trunked Ones that I think they also have around the Boston and Middlesex areas.

Could someone please give me a link on RR as to where they are listed ?

Also, please: what is the link for the "APCO In Our Area" that used to be available ?

Thank you very much,
Bob

You can get to all the MA SP trunking data from nearly any county info page in the Mass area of the RR database, but to be simple, here's a direct link to it:

Scanner Frequencies: Massachusetts State Police Trunking System, Statewide, Massachusetts

I haven't seen the "APCO in Our Area" link on these pages, but I would assume that it consolidates all the organizations/businesses that are using the P25 (digital) systems. In MA, there are relatively few organizations that use them (Lexington Police, BU, the Boston USPS and the FBI are the ones I have programmed). To receive these frequencies, you would need a scanner capable of digital reception, such as the GRE PSR500/600 Radio Shack Pro 106/197.
