Not so much for the launch, but for the fly-over(s) try these for FM voice:
  • Downlink 145.800
  • Uplink 144.490
Hope this helps...

Those aren't used on shuttle missions anymore, they only do ham ops from the space station.

Default Space Shuttle Launch & KSC comms

don't forget that you can listen on RR live feeds to continuous communications of Kennedy Space Center
this is a stereo feed, with the left channel being VHF/UHF comms, and the right channel KSC trunked system.

Listen to: Florida_Brevard_KSC for live feed of Kennedy Space Center communications 24/7

Default Shuttle Air to Ground 1

if you have UHF capability, listen to AG-1 on 259.700 am mode.
you should be able to hear the Shuttle commander say "go at throttle up" , then "press to MECO(main engine cut off)"

That's not "the shuttle" you are monitoring, just a rebroadcast of NASA TV.
